I’m Kat, and my mission is to help introverted humans embrace their natural rhythms with intentional, gentle, and whole-hearted joy.

Life is better when you love yourself and much of the work required to live gently requires a uniquely intentional form of self-compassion that allows and empowers you to fall more in love with yourself and the sweetness in your life organically in sustainable and gentle ways.

Going back to 8th grade when I had to write an essay on what I wanted to be when I grew up (a therapist), I don’t ever remember a time in my life when supporting people in their healing and self-love journeys was not front and center in my heart. Gentle Kindred is the culmination of decades of study.

Gentle Kindred is the expression of my heart calling out to your heart:

“Slow down, dear friend, you are already enough. It’s ok to stop hustling and bustling. It’s ok to embrace the softness within your soul and live from that magical place.”
